私はAmazonでよく買い物をします。プライム会員になっているので翌日には届くし、普通に買うより安くかえたり、消耗品を定期的に配送してくれたりするのでとても重宝しています。ですが、ネットで簡単に注文できる反面、見間違いや勘違いでの誤注文もたまにしてしまいます。
間違えたものは返品することになるのですが、普段の買い物時は送料無料のAmazonですが、購入者都合の返品はもちろん自己負担です。安く買っている分、返品の送料分もったいない。そんな送料を少しでも安くする方法をご紹介します。

Amazonで誤注文してしまったら
買って届いた商品が思ったのと違った！という時、たまにありますよね。そんな時にいかに安く返品交換するか、そのためには次の点を気をつけてみてください。
1.梱包形態を見直す
Amazonの推奨している「ゆうパック」は、配達物のサイズ(縦×横×高さの合計)で料金が決まります。最小サイズが60サイズ(合計60cm以下)なので、このサイズに当てはまるように梱包形態を考えたほうがいいです。返品の際は、Amazonから送られた梱包材で送るように指示がありますが、過剰包装の場合がありますので切ったり折りたたんだりしてサイズを小さくしましょう。
2.各種割引を利用する
郵便物にはいくつか割引制度があります。利用しやすい割引制度は持込割引と同一あて先割引、複数口割引があります。
・持込割引
これは、集荷を頼まずに郵便局に持ち込んだ場合に適用されます。1個につき100円の割引です。
・同一あて名割引
この割引は、過去1年以内に出したゆうパックで、今回の送り先と同じ宛て名のラベル控えを出すと、50円引きしてくれるというもの。
・複数口割引
その名の通り、宛先が同一のものを2個以上出すと1個につき50円割引してくれます。
以上の3つの割引制度があります。
この中で、一番使えるのは持込割引だと思います。あとの2つは返品商品が複数・複数回ないと該当しないので、これを利用しようと思うのは本末転倒ですね。

Amazonの返品ページを参照すると、ゆうパックまたは宅配便の利用を薦めています。これは、配達物の追跡ができること、また損害賠償制度がためです。そのため料金も高くなってしまいます。そのメリットを捨てて、保証も追跡も全くない定形外郵便を利用し、送料を大きく下げるというのが+1の方法です。定形外郵便は、重量で料金が決まるため、軽いものなら140円ほどで送れてしまいます。ですがこの方法は保証も何もないため、万が一配送途中に何かあった場合、商品紛失や傷などが生じ、返品自体が不可になってしまう恐れがあります。あくまでも、自己責任でお願いします。
